Hello Fabulistas! This month has been full of amazing design industry events. First, my ASID NY Metro President-Elect announcement and welcoming cocktail party, then the Architectural Digest Home Design Show . AD’s show always features impressive talent, exhibitions, and seminars. I was honored to take on a larger role this year as a judge for the ASID Top Picks of the show. There was so much design talent to take in during a few short days! This stunning rose tree from Lori Morris + Preston Bailey was an obvious favorite at the show. Can you believe that it used 5,000 roses?!

This Brown Jordan booth had the best outdoor kitchen I’ve ever seen! The streamlined drawers and storage elements make it the ultimate outdoor entertainment setting. You have to appreciate a well-thought design that makes room for chilled wine and bar cart essentials. As a judge for the ASID top picks for the show, we gave Brown Jordan the award for best kitchen.

Tucker Robbins is one of my generous vendors for Design on a Dime . I love how his designs are green, modern, and reminiscent of traditional peoples’ craft.

If retro, mid-century lighting is what you’re after, Delightfull is a chic bet. I loved their booth at the show. They have such a great variety of shapes and finishes. This booth contains merely a sampling of their fab offerings!
