Simplifying NYC: Top Picks for Food Trucks

Hello Fabulistas! One of the best parts about living in New York City is that there's always something fab to eat or drink. You could say that the City is a foodie's paradise. But there isn't always time to sit down and eat in a restaurant. That's why I adore food trucks. They're so easy to find via Twitter and many of my favorite restaurants have trucks. Here are my absolute favorites. Luke's Lobster Lobster rolls are one of my favorite kinds of sandwiches. I love to use them as a treat for myself. This one is a fab pick for lunch! luke

Coolhaus

I try to eat healthy, but I believe that there's a lot to letting yourself have dessert. It's normally the best part of any meal! I love to save room for Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches. They're huge and there's absolutely no skimping on cookie quality, either!

Mudtruck

Sometimes you just want a caffeine fix without waiting in line at Starbucks. There are so many fab coffee shops in NYC. Mudspot is a great brunch spot near NYU and its coffee truck is highly sought after. It's worth stopping at even if you don't require a caffeine fix!

Kelvin Slush Truck

If you have a thing for ICEEs, you'll want to hunt down this truck. Except they're made of natural ingredients with interesting flavors. Don't expect the regular neon colors and flavors here!

Wafels and Dinges

This is the perfect late-night sweet treat. Just imagine, thick, sweet waffles covered in delicious things like chocolate fudge syrup, bananas, strawberries and ice cream. It's hard for me to walk by the truck and refuse one.
