Hello Fabulistas! Fall is one of my favorite seasons, mainly because pumpkins are readily available. I love everything about pumpkins: picking them, decorating with them, and definitely eating them! I’ve been searching for some new and surprising pumpkin recipes so I can make the most of the pumpkins I’ll be picking. Here are my faves! Pumpkin Baked French Toast I LOVE breakfast. It’s one of my favorite meals because you can eat sweet, savory, or both! I’d never thought to add pumpkin to my french toast but after reading this recipe, I think it’s a fabulous idea. I can’t wait to make this over the weekend!

Curried Pumpkin Soup Soup is my go-to lunch when the weather starts to cool down. I love the complex flavors of soups. Of course, eating a warm food in cold weather is always nice! Pumpkin Pancakes Pancakes are an easy breakfast item that my family loves. I’ve added berries and nuts in the past and soon I’ll be testing out this recipe with pumpkins. I was so surprised that it was gluten free, that’s such a treat for so many out there! The picture alone makes my mouth water!
