Simplifying Delicious: Fab Spring Cocktails

I love using seasonal ingredients in my cooking, and especially in my cocktails! I’m a huge fan of cocktails with fresh fruits and bright colors. They make my parties so much better and they photograph so well! I have a few girlfriends coming over this weekend and I’ll be putting together a cheese plate and pairing it with fab spring cocktails. Here’s what I’ve narrowed it down to.Lillet Rose Spring CocktailThe soft shade of pink in this cocktail is so very spring! Have you had Lillet before? It’s an apertif with a hint of fruit flavor, which is perfect for a spring evening. It can be sipped alone but when paired with grapefruit it’s a fabulous cocktail! The edible flower blossoms add a touch of luxury to the drink!

BlossomThe blossom is a crisp beverage with a hint of honey and vanilla. Sounds delic right?! Yes, it’s very tasty AND very pretty. It has a mix of alcohols so can be strong, but you can tone it down as needed. Fill the glass with fruit slices to liven it up a bit, and you’re set to entertain.

Vodka-Thyme LemonadeI love lemonade! It’s the perfect day to night drink. This version has thyme, which is very much in season. What I love about it is that it’s so easy to make! I’m always running short on time and this is my go-to drink when I’m in a hurry. With just a few minutes and a few ingredients I can make something FAB!

Rose Petal and Prosecco PunchThe rose petal and prosseco punch is one of my faves because it looks so pretty! It tastes superb and will fit in with almost every party theme because of the clear color. I usually go with pink rose petals but depending on the event I’ll try all white or red. It’s easy to tailor this to fit your needs.

Honey DeuceThe honey deuce is another drink I love because it’s quick and easy to make. This recipe calls for melon balls but when I’m in a hurry I use grapes to garnish the drink. Same look and delicious flavor, with no fuss! How sneaky of me!
