Shipping and Returns

At Robin Baron Design, we are committed to ensuring a smooth delivery experience for all of our customers. While we include the expected lead time listed on the product page, some orders may take longer than anticipated due to reasons that are beyond our control. We are doing our best to ensure all orders reach you safe and sound as soon as possible – please reach out to customer service if you have any questions, and we will be more than happy to assist you.


Standard Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above $150 within the contiguous United States of America. For orders totaling $150 or less, your shipping charges will be calculated directly in cart.

Standard Parcel/Package deliveries are no-signature packages, right to your front door or mailbox. Orders are typically delivered by FedEx Ground Delivery.

Standard Freight deliveries for most furniture and large products includes a scheduled, curbside delivery, signature required. When your order is ready to ship, someone from one of our 3rd party shipping companies will contact you to schedule the delivery.


Premium Shipping

For furniture and other large or oversized items, you may upgrade to use our Premium White Glove Delivery service for a flat fee of $299.00 (tax not included) for each item. When your item is ready to ship, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window to receive your order. Please make sure the space for the product is cleared before the delivery window.

Our White Glove Delivery providers will bring the item into your home, unpack and unwrap the item(s), move it into place, and remove all packaging. They are unable to perform assembly or make any modifications to furniture in your home. We work with a number of White Glove Delivery services that may have slightly different requirements – you will be informed of this prior to delivery.

For your safety, and the safety of our delivery people, please make sure to wear a mask and provide your White Glove Delivery service providers adequate social distancing to ensure everyone is safe and protected during your delivery.

A select number of products do require White Glove Delivery. This will be noted in the product description of each individual product page that requires White Glove Delivery.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order, your order number, and an estimated date that your order will ship by, sent to the email associated with your order. This email will also contain a tracking link for you to track the up-to-date status of your order. All dates are our estimates only; actual dates may vary.

Merchandise Returns

We want your return experience to be as seamless as possible! If you’d like to return Merchandise that is eligible for returns, simply email our Returns Department at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and slip before shipping your product back to us. We can not accept returns of any type without an RMA number and slip.

Except for any Merchandise designated on our Website as custom, final sale, or non-returnable or any Merchandise that ships via freight, we will accept a return of the Merchandise for a refund of your purchase price, less the original Shipping and Handling costs charged to you, provided such return is made within five (5) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such Merchandise is returned unused and in its original condition. All parcel items must be shipped back securely within their original packaging, including all inner and outer protective materials.

We do not offer refunds on any custom merchandise or any merchandise designated on this site as non-returnable or final sale. In addition, we are unable to accept returns on freight deliveries. Once a freight-delivered item is inspected, approved of, and signed for, the product will not be returnable. Please examine the delivery thoroughly on receiving it and understand this when you sign off on your delivery.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment of the item you are returning. We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refunds are typically processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your Merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
