Hole-y Glamour: Top Picks for Perforated Objects

Hello Fabulistas! Some of the best design trends entail playing around with a material to reimagine it. Perforation is one of those trends that literally punches holes in everything for an amazing effect. However, it isn't just your standard round holes that I've seen in home accessories. There are all kinds of shapes at play. Here are some of my favorite perforated things.

Designer Kelly Wearstler recently released a line of home decor dedicated solely to perforation. This fabulous table would be so chic in a modern living room.

Standout red stairs Spiral staircases are having a moment right now, but this staircase is just as stunning! Access to the upper floor of a split-level property becomes an art installation with this Diapo-designed staircase. This modern building element is inspired by the work of Do Ho Suh, specifically "Staircase-III," which is a mid-air flight of stairs the travel to the ceiling.
