I've missed connecting with you! It's been a little while since I had time to add to my blog and now I have SO much to catch you up on. My team and I have been hard at work on many fronts and I'm excited to be able to share some of the amazing news!

October 2021 marks the official launch of my first licensed Hardware Collection. I have a lot on my plate between running a full-service design firm, as well as a new e-commerce site...but you know what they say, if you want to get something done, ask a busy person! So...I am happy to announce the launch of my first licensed Hardware Collection in collaboration with the fabulous, luxury hardware brand Hamilton Sinkler.

Excited doesn’t begin to touch on how I feel. Since we first began having conversations just before covid started, Hamilton Sinkler has been wonderful to work with. It is a true testament to their exceptional manufacturing capabilities, design and innovation, that through everything we've all been through over the last 1 ½ years, we have the first capsule collection available in-stock and ready to ship now!

The Ovalique Collection

This new collection, called Ovalique, includes sleek, beautiful designs for Doors, Cabinets and Furniture, that we have made available for both consumer and trade purchase on my e-commerce site. My Ovalique Collection will also be available in Hamilton Sinkler’s exclusive network of decorative hardware dealers across North America.

Since we shared the preliminary editorial images, I'm very flattered to say that the collection has been described in the media as “Robin Baron’s Hardware Collection for Hamilton Sinkler is uniquely chic. This collection will add the finishing touch to punctuate any room.”

My Ovalique Collection of Door Levers and Knobs, Cabinet Pulls and Appliance Pulls is available in seven distinctive finishes; Satin Brass, Burnished Brass, Antique Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel and Matte Black. There are many stunning ways to add that little extra pop of style.

On another note, I'm going to my first High Point Market in 2 years. Wow! It's hard to believe that so much was put on hold for so long, for all of us. It's going to be a great experience seeing so many of my industry friends. I've missed seeing everyone so much!

I'm also excited to get back on the speaking circuit again. I'm speaking at several different events in High Point; with Ethos Design Collective (more on that below!) and some of the industry's leading manufacturers, including moderating a panel of stellar industry colleagues. I have two additional personal appearances planned, as well. High Point Market is coming up soon, October 15-20, so I'm starting to gear up!

The panel discussions will cover topics like; Navigating Luxury Design, Using Technology to Expand Your Online Business, Product Design and Development, and How to Establish Licensing Opportunities with National Brands. It sounds like a lot...but you know I thrive on this!

An Inside Scoop: Ethos Design Collective

I want to give a special shout-out to Ethos Design Collective, who is putting together one of the speaking engagements I will be doing in High Point, as part of their official launch.

For those Fabulistas that are unfamiliar with Ethos Design Collective, this company is the first international search engine for consumers to find vetted, luxury, interior designers, while working passionately to protect their designer members work and to support our industry and businesses.

Ethos Design Collective, is the brainchild of Kelly Schellert, a prominent luxury interior designer. My hat goes off to this one of a kind and innovative collective, and to all of the hard work and dedication she has devoted to getting her vision off the ground and ready to launch in time for October High Point Market!
