Top Picks: Fab Nurseries Worthy of Royalty

Hello Fabulistas! Will and Kate's royal baby will be born any day now. We're all dying to know, will it be a boy or girl? What will they name their new babe? How will they decorate new baby's room?! So many questions, and hopefully we'll find out in just a few days. In the meantime, I've been searching for nursery decor fit for royalty. Here are a few ways I'd decorate the Royal Baby's nursery. Pink & Gold Glam If Will and Kate's new babe is a girl, I can guarantee she'll be showered in pink. And what pairs best with pink...gold, of course! I'd love to see a glamourous pink and gold room, filled with ornate details like a gold mirror and gilded wallpaper. It's so fabulous!

Donned in Pastel If the new Royal Baby is a girl, Will and Kate may decide to add splashes of pink and keep the room gender neutral. I love this room designed for baby Sydney, Lalla Ali's baby. The Hope Pink crib adds tons of color, and proceeds are donated to Breast Cancer Research.

Neutral & Modern Will and Kate are very chic, and we all know Kate's fashion is very timely. The couple could decide to stray from tradition all together and decorate in a very modern way. I love the clean lines of this baby's room, filled with greys and whites. The stripes help the space feel very "in" right now. Nurseries fit for royalty

Blue Chic If the new Royal Baby is a boy, Will and Kate may want it to be bold and masculine, not traditional and filled with frills as expected. Large stripes on the walls will evoke a "manly" feel for the little guy's room. I expect to see initials throughout the room as well!

There are so many options for the new baby's space. I realize Will and Kate will need a little privacy right after the birth, but I hope they give us a sneak peek into the room. What do you think the new Royal Baby's space will look like?

Great design isn't always about symmetry, it's about balance.

Create equal but different visual interest on both sides of your space by playing with varying heights, weights, and quantities of your objects on opposing sides.
