Is it just me, or did fall seriously sneak up on us? I have to say, nothing makes saying goodbye to the warm months of summer quite as easy as the fall event calendar! To kick off the season, I popped over to a cozy event in the Bryant Park studio of Robert Allen, where the designers were previewing their new Modern Color Theory collection. It’s a fabulous collaboration between Robert Allen and Dwell Studio, and I couldn’t get enough of all the pops of color, fun fabrics, and cute critters. Give me a flash of zebra, and I’m sold! The designers presented the collection to an exclusive group of bloggers, so right away, counters covered in fabric swatches became a virtual petting zoo! I couldn’t help but arrange my favorites into color stories. What’s your fave? I had so much fun with the bloggers who attended! I caught up with my good friend Stacey Bewkes of Quintessence, and met Joey and Lana of Making a House a Home, a fabulous DIY blog that you should all check out. And of course, it’s always great reconnecting with the spectacular people at Robert Allen and Dwell. New fabrics mean new ways to get inspired…and new ways to have fun! I know I did!
